About Me

 
 


I started my fitness journey a few years back when I gained a considerable amount of weight whilst pregnant with my daughter. After she was born I set about losing that weight. I tried most fad diets as well as weight watchers and slimming world.

I got a little bit slimmer and joined the local studio where I participated in group exercise classes, I really enjoyed the group dynamic and being there with like minded people made the whole process much less daunting and much more enjoyable!

That was me hooked! After a while I decided that not only would I like to know more about the anatomy and physiology of my body, I would like to help people like myself that didn’t know where to turn.

Over the last couple of year’s I have gained the necessary qualifications and expertise to take you on a wonderful fat loss or fitness journey and I am dedicated to helping you achieve a better level of health and fitness whatever your age, current fitness level or goals.

semi private training

The upside of having a trainer is faster, longer lasting results. You don't have to think about what you should be doing, you have someone there to guide you through. The down side is the cost, that is where Semi Private come in. You get all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. The sessions will still be tailored to your needs but you get to enjoy the journey with people on a similar road.

You can choose from 1,2 or 3 sessions per week and starts at £59 Per month for 1 session per week (4 per month)

Semi Private Training Includes

  • 1 to 1 consultation to assess start point and understand nutrition support needs. This includes a weigh in, taking measurements and progress pics
  • 15 Semi Private Training session spread throughout the week to choose from
  • Training sessions to suit your fitness levels and goals
  • On demand exercise video library
  • Nutrition coaching and support
  • Monthly review
  • Recipe books and resources

Forever Fit

Forever Fit is for Women 60+ who would love to exercise but are a little nervous and perhaps have old injuries or niggles that they need to work round. These low impact training sessions will focus on stability, balance, functional strength and core stability.

1 session per week is £59 per month and 2 sessions per week is £109

Forever Fit Membership includes

  • 1 to 1 consultation to assess start point, discuss any injuries that you may have and understand nutrition support needs. This includes a weigh in, taking measurements and progress pics if this is your goal.
  • 2 Forever Fit sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10am
  • Training sessions to suit your fitness levels and goals
  • On demand exercise video library
  • Nutrition coaching and support
  • Monthly review as needed
  • Recipe books and resources

30 day trial

The cost of a 30 day trial is £99 whic includes everything that the semi private training includes the following. At the end of the trial there is no obligation to sign up, if you do wish to continue your training, you would go onto a monthly membership package of your choice.

121 Personal Training

Ideal for those That would benefit more with 1 to 1 guidance and motivation throughout your weight loss journey.

Starting at £140 Per Month for 1 x 1 to 1 session per week (4 per month)

  • Consultation to assess start point and and understand nutrition support needs. This includes a weigh in, taking measurements and progress pics
  • Bespoke training plan to suit your fitness levels and goals
  • Nutrition coaching and support
  • Monthly review
  • Recipe books and resources

12 Week online nutrition coaching

Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve health markers, improve performance in sport or just have a little bit more structure this is for you.

This is a 12 week program tailored to suit your needs, goals and preferences. No fad diets, no restrictive meal plans, this is built on actionable habits designed for you.

The cost is £240 for the 12 week package which inludes

  • 60 minute initial discovery call
  • Weekly 30 minute check in calls
  • Bespoke Nutrition coaching and support
  • Easy to use app to keep track of everything
  • Recipe books and resources

Other packages are available and discussed upon request including partner training.

Pilates

Pilates is great for strength and stability and is a good supplement to resistance or endurance training. Pilates classes are on a Tuesday evening at 6.30 and 7.30pm with Russell. We start a new block every 6 weeks with a pay as you go option once the course has started. The cost is £48 for the block of 6 classes or £10 pay as you go if there is availability.
